Eden Heights of Olean held a festive indoor trick or treat event for children and families on Saturday, Oct. 25 and shared photos on Facebook to prove it!

With the potential suspension of SNAP benefits on Nov. 1, pantry staff and volunteers are seeing a surge in demand as more than 100 residents came for food and personal care items on a recent day.

Despite supply challenges, the pantry continues to provide a dignified “shoppers’ choice” experience twice a month, plus a monthly mobile pantry powered by the Food Bank of WNY.

True to their community spirit, the pantry partners with local businesses like Jim’s Park and Shop, Olean Food Barn, BJ’s, Walmart, and Canticle Farm to keep shelves stocked.
